When the Community Foundation of Grundy County was convening stakeholders to develop services, we discovered that Grundy County doesn't lack services - instead it's that residents struggle to find them.

941-HELP is a Grundy-specific information and referral system that is both a 24/7 phone number (815-941-4357) and a website:  815941help.com

We've cross-referenced services and agencies so that residents can find local resources, whether it's health, legal, counseling, food, or transportation.
