Your recovery from stroke is important to us!
The Afterglow Support Group provides support for and from stroke survivors and their caregivers. The group is facilitated by professionals, offering you education and resources as you make progress in your recovery. The group meets the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM, with special events planned for many of the meetings.
